We provide general counsel services. Our goal is to work within the existing law firm/client relationship as an advisor and a facilitator and to perform day-to-day legal services. In most circumstances, the work that we will be doing on behalf of your clients will be work that your clients might otherwise forego or which, if you were to undertake it, you could not perform profitably.

Historically, as companies have grown and their need for legal services has correspondingly increased, they have hired in-house counsel to handle daily legal matters. More recently, as companies look to cut costs, ever-smaller companies are hiring part-time in-house counsel. We seek to fill this need. As former large firm attorneys, we recognize the need for growing companies to maintain the continuity of their relationships with their outside counsel. When hired, we seek to serve our clients' interests by promoting the most cost-effective distribution of legal work to ensure that the client receives the highest quality legal representation. This includes enlisting the assistance of outside legal counsel in connection with many matters.
