Advise and counsel on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters such as leases, employment agreements and other third party relationships
Portfolio Company Issues
Advise regarding the venture capitalist's role as shareholder and director of its portfolio companies including fiduciary duties and obligations
Fund Administration
Advise on internal fund maintenance and administration, investor relations and management/partner issues
Management Meetings
Attend management/partner meetings to serve as meeting secretary and to participate as requested
SBIC Compliance
Advise and assist SBICs with regulatory compliance and preparation of periodic filings
